Kimson is a place I frequent on a regular basis. I have a sick fetish/passion whatever term you prefer for their sautéed beef and potatoes. They are unlike anything I have ever eaten and of the few places that I have had them, Kimson definitely does ‘em them the best. I also like the spicy lemon grass chicken wings. They are seriously some of the best wings I’ve eaten, right up there with Shorty and Waggs/Country Bar. The spring rolls have a very home-made taste and look to them (awesome). Prices are pretty decent. I guess the only gripe I have with Kimson is their pho… Not only is it not as good as it used to be, but last time I was there it was even served in a smaller bowl. I would definitely advise you to check them out. Now if we can just get them to make their pho the way they used to and put it in a bigger bowl…
